The Diana Cooper School Angel & Ascension
Teacher Training Programme
- Do you want to lead your own workshops and teach others about angels or ascension?
- Do you want to be a light going out into the world?
- This course will empower you with the knowledge skills and confidence to stand in your own Light and spread the Light of Angels and Ascension in your own creative way though leading your own groups and workshops, or spreading the Light among your family or friends, within your workplace or community
- The course is mainly experiential, with the emphasis of the training being on developing practical teaching skills
- Some home study is required before and during the course. This should take no longer than 20 hours to complete
- The training consists of 3 x 3 day weekends for the Angel Module and a further 2 x 3 day weekends for the Ascension module
- Each weekend consists of 20 hours teaching which starts on Friday morning and continues through until Sunday afternoon
- In order to be awarded a Certificate from the Diana Cooper School you must successfully complete one of the following programmes
Programme 1 - Certificate as an Angel Teacher
This consists of the foundation module of 3 days plus the angel module of 6 days. A total of 9 days spread over 3 weekends.
Programme 2 – Certificate as an Angel and Ascension Teacher
Along with the foundation module and angel module as detailed above this consist of a further 2 x 3 day weekends. Total programme duration is 15 days spread over 5 weekends.
This course will:
- Show you how to connect with the angels and / or Ascended Masters for your own benefit and for others.
- Give you a variety of exercises to use in your workshops to enhance connection with the spirit world.
- Provide you with powerful techniques to develop the light body, transmute energies and enhance your healing abilities.
- Provide an opportunity for personal development and advancement on your spiritual journey.
- Empower you with the confidence to organise and facilitate a talk, group or workshop and to lead meditations.
- Give you the basic framework for structuring Angel and / or Ascension workshops.
- Give you the expertise and skills to facilitate a group, meditation or workshop in a professional manner.
FOUNDATION MODULE
(20 hours = 3 days)
This module will:
- Enable you to help individual clients.
- Give you the expertise and skills to facilitate a group or workshop in a professional manner.
- Empower you with the confidence to organise and hold a group or workshop.
- Give you the basic framework for the Angel and Ascension Courses.
The subjects covered during the module will include:
How to set up a workshop or group – Weaving the Magic
- Preparing yourself. Your intention or mission. Grounding, centring, purifying and protecting, opening up to the highest guidance.
- Making people welcome – creating a safe space for higher spiritual work. The art of helping people feel relaxed and comfortable. Movement and exercises to relax people. Safe sharing.
- Presentation skills – Quality of voice. Being spontaneous. Attitude. Exercises to improve breathing and improve the tone of the voice.
- Structuring and angel or ascension workshop. Order of presentation. Creating variety. Using all your skills and being individual.
- Setting up angel and ascension exercises. Explaining the exercise and building the energy. Ways to end the exercise e.g. sharing, silence, going away and returning to discuss later, doing something filled with movement, sound and excitement.
- Mood induction. Watching the energy of the class. Body language. Interaction with groups. Demonstration of helping people change body position.
- Empowering others. Drawing out people’s magnificence. Getting people positive. Raising the vibration of a group.
- The art of listening and hearing.
- Use of the course notes.
- Angel and Ascension meditations. Preparing subject matter. Using your voice. Inductions. Use of joss sticks, candles and music.
- Ritual and ceremony with angels and masters. How to set one up. The power of air, water, music.
- Grounding a group or individual.
- Protection. Powerful protections invocations.
- Healing and processing trauma. Note: when working with higher energies people’s deeper issues often surface and it is important to know how to handle this.
- Spreading the magic: advertising and spreading the word of your work. Peer support.
Home Study: prepare short exercises and talks to give to small groups or to the whole group. You will be presented with full notes, so that the sessions will be predominately used for practising the techniques and thereby gaining confidence and empowerment.
ANGEL MODULE
(40 hours = 6 days)
This module can only be taken if the Foundation module has been completed successfully.
This module will:
- Enable you to lead groups in angel meditations.
- Show you how to connect with the angels for your own benefit and for others.
- Empower you with the confidence to speak about angels in front of others
- Give you a variety of exercises to use in your workshops to enhance angelic connection.
- Show you how to use angelic energy for healing.
The subjects covered during the module will include:
- An understanding of angels, archangels and the Angelic Hierarchy.
- The symbolism of feathers
- The principles of healing with angels.
- Angel sounds, singing, chanting sacred mantras etc.
- Writing to angels.
- Channelling with angels.
- Wishing with angels.
- Angel wings
- Angel Invocations.
- Using drawings to access angel information.
- Archangel retreats.
- Aura work: golden hands, blowing on the aura, touch, colour.
- Angel journeys and meditations.
- Active angel exercises.
- Creating angel ceremonies and rituals.
- Directing the angels.
- Protection rituals.
- Use of Inspirational stories.
You will be presented with full notes, so the emphasis of the training will be on practicing the skills, gaining confidence and empowerment.
Home Study:
- Prepare a short angel meditation to present to the group.
- Create a short angel exercise to present to a group.
- An essay on angels (can be on tape in cases of dyslexia etc).
- Prepare a one-day angel workshop programme.
- Prepare a 5-minute inspirational talk to present to a group of people.
- Talk to people about angels and obtain feedback and testimonials.
ASCENSION MODULE
(40 hours = 6 days)
This module will:
- Allow you to confidently lead meditations to increase the light body and connect with the Ascended Masters.
- Give you an understanding of the ascension process.
- Provide you with powerful techniques to develop the light body and transmute energies and healing abilities.
- Increase your confidence in speaking and leading your own groups.

During the course:
- 2 written pieces of work – one on angels and one on ascension
- Preparation of three 15 minutes meditations (for a small group)
- Preparation of three 10 minute exercises (for a small group)
- Preparation of 1 minute inspirational story
- Preparation of 5 minute talk
- Suggested voluntary reading to enhance your own understanding
- Suggested voluntary keeping of a learning journal
On successful completion of the course, you will:
Receive a certificate – an Angel and/or Ascension Teacher from The Diana Cooper School.
This will allow you to say that you are a qualified Angel and/or Ascension Teacher of the Diana Cooper School in your advertising and literature.
You will be expected to adhere to the Code of Ethics, Practice and Advertising Standards issued by the Diana Cooper School. You will have the option to subscribe as a professional member to the Diana Cooper School.
